Who are we?
Created by Pip and her gorgeous mind/creativity she wanted to create a plethora of vtuber designs but had no people to fill their shoes. Our favourite puppy girl had the bright idea to create a indie vtuber group with designs of her making so that those who were looking for either a new start or restart could find a home here with us.All manner of individuals are invited to make their home here with us and don a new guise and help us entertain
Our Lore!
Two small pups were lonely on the streets of a random unnamed city...Together they put their limited braincells together and decided no better family than found family!Thus they banded together scouring the city for individuals needing a fresh start and created V-City deciding that if anyone needed a home then theirs was open for new arrivals, to house their new family the pups took over an abandoned apartment building turning it into a haven.

So you got curious about us and wanted to apply correct?well here's a list of basic information that would be best read before applying as we may not be the best fit or just not might be what your looking for!This list will be updated in the future but if you have any questions or concerns don't be afraid to reach out by email to Pip!

| "Will you provide financial assistance?" | -No sadly as I'm using my own skillsets to provide the model art which my friend and our go to rigger (@Kitten_OwO) rigged, and the streaming assets were also drawn by me as I cannot afford to invest money further then I already do but I will be ready to help in any other areas I can! |
| "What if I'm already a Vtuber?" | -No worries! You can still apply but please put your reasoning for applying when prompted! While each form is looked at on a case by case basis if you believe you can uphold the responsibilities of the model given to you and your old streaming persona we will gladly accommodate! The only wish I have is to see models I make be used so I don't place many obligations on individuals other than stream with it if they can and when they can o(〃＾▽＾〃)o |
| "I've never streamed before, what then?" | -Doesn't change nothing, anyone can apply and I'll be helping you as much as one person can! and you can always rely on others within the group as well, while not technically a family my goal is to create an environment for each streamer that tags along that's helpful and positive. |
| "I'm under 18, can I still apply?" | -Nope! no kids here please, as my own community is 18+ and I don't feel comfortable interacting with anyone younger than me |
| "Can only certain genders apply?" | - Each model is unique to themselves, I never go into it deciding the personality or voice I would like to see, I only look for an individual I would like to trust with my art and time as handing over a model for free is a big test of trust each time. So in summary apply for whichever model you feel best represents you! and if there isn't one at the present time apply again when new ones are released! there are no limitations based on how masculine or feminine someone is, if we get along or you think we'd get along your foots already in the door |
| "What happens after I submit my application?" | -I'll be looking applications over and I will send either a Discord dm or email to selected people and have a short discord call with them individually and an email/discord dm will be sent out to the selected person if they made it through and an announcement made (without disclosing who made it through). If there were a limited number of applicants then you will receive an email telling you if you were not accepted at the time, however if there are more applicants than I can handle an announcement will be made instead not disclosing which individual was selected rather just a short announcement stating the role was filled. |

Terms and Conditions for applying
Please read through our terms and conditions for applying for a model!
Character Design rights remain with Pip for the duration of the first year of use, after which will be transferred over to the streamer to change or edit as they please as long as key aspects (facial features, ears and tail, species) remain unchanged
Credits for Model Rigging, and Design will be put in any social media bio used
Credits for any and all Twitch Panels, Emotes, Streaming assets, etc. will be placed in an obvious place where viewers can see it
Artwork created for you whether as Fanart or Commissioned will be Credited appropriately when used
You agree to use all streaming assets and model files provided within five months of being selected with exceptions (health issues, equipment failure, family issues, etc.) if five months pass with failure of a debut or stream the model files will be published for free on Etsy or similar sites
Financial aid will not be provided after all streaming assets and model files are delivered, however aid with streaming related activities will be provided by Pip or members at their discretion.
You MUST be 18 or older to apply (not asking for ID to be shown to respect privacy and taking your word for it, but I will be viewing applicants social medias provided)
Within the time you are using the model if you are found to be acting inappropriately with anyone (harassment, crossing boundaries, etc.) using my character, model files will either be published for free access to the public or the rigger will be allowed to publish the files for sale and a brief announcement will be made regarding the models distribution but disclosure of what happened will not be announced.
You agree NOT to use the model for any negative propaganda directed at any groups of people, race, religion, and culture. Personal beliefs and causes are exempt, I understand the importance of speaking out for human rights, law changes that affect minorities, etc. I will never take your voice away and it will not impact my view on you!
You agree to not share the model files with anyone outside of Yourself, and Pip. If you wish to share them with other members/friends please disclose this to Pip as soon as you can, its to keep track of who has the model files in case misuse happens.
